These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoomiTV, an IPTV streaming subscription service. By purchasing a plan, activating an account, or otherwise using LoomiTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't purchase or use the service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of the same agreement between you and LoomiTV.
LoomiTV provides access to a large catalog of live channels and on-demand titles delivered over the internet (IPTV). The service is provided on a subscription basis for a fixed term you choose at checkout (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), and access is delivered digitally — there is no physical product to ship.
LoomiTV works on Smart TVs, mobile phones, tablets, computers, TV boxes, and most popular streaming apps, subject to your device meeting the minimum requirements described in our Installation Guide.
LoomiTV offers three household plans. Each plan determines how many devices can stream on your account at the same time:
Sharing your account with people in your own household, up to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan, is expected and fine. Distributing your login to people outside your household, reselling access, or streaming beyond your plan's connection limit is not permitted and may result in suspension. If you regularly need more simultaneous streams, upgrade to a higher plan rather than sharing beyond your limit — message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort out the difference.
Purchases are currently handled manually through WhatsApp rather than an automated checkout. When you choose a plan, you'll be taken to a pre-filled WhatsApp message summarizing your selected package, term, and total price. A member of our team will confirm availability, take payment, and activate your account once payment is received.
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and reflect the full amount billed for the term you select (for example, a 6-month plan is billed once for the full 6-month total, not monthly). Subscriptions do not renew automatically — there is no recurring or automatic billing. When your term ends, your access pauses until you complete a new purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, your account credentials are generated and sent to you, typically within a few minutes. Alongside your credentials, you'll receive a setup guide tailored to your device so you can get streaming quickly — the same guides are also available any time in our Installation Guide.
If you run into trouble during setup, our support team is available over WhatsApp to help you get connected.
You agree to use LoomiTV only for personal, non-commercial, in-household viewing, in accordance with the plan you purchased, and to keep your account credentials reasonably secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund, in accordance with Section 11.
We work to keep LoomiTV fast and reliable, but as with any internet-delivered streaming service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Occasional interruptions can happen due to maintenance, upstream provider changes, internet routing issues, or factors outside our control.
Individual channels or titles may be added, removed, or replaced from time to time as our content sources change. We'll do our best to keep the catalog fresh and stable, but we can't guarantee that any specific channel or title will remain available for the full length of your subscription term.
LoomiTV is a streaming access service. Channels, broadcasts, and on-demand titles made available through the service remain the property of their respective owners and broadcasters; LoomiTV does not claim ownership over third-party content. The LoomiTV name, logo, website, and setup guides are the property of LoomiTV and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoomiTV's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed events, or issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or third-party hardware/software, or by factors reasonably outside our control.
You can stop using LoomiTV at any time simply by not renewing your plan — there's nothing to cancel, since subscriptions don't auto-renew. We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, if we reasonably believe it has been used in violation of these Terms (for example, credential sharing beyond your plan limit, resale, or abuse of support), or if payment is disputed or reversed after activation (chargeback).
Where possible, we'll message you on WhatsApp first to try to resolve an issue before suspending an account.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use LoomiTV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
