1. Copyright policy

LoomiTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses the platform to do the same. This policy explains how rights holders can report content they believe infringes their copyright, and how account holders can respond to a claim made against them.

We respond to clear and properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in a manner consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable frameworks in other jurisdictions.

2. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content accessible through LoomiTV infringes a copyright you own or represent, you or your authorized agent may submit a written notice that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. URL, channel name, timestamp) that we can locate it.
4. Contact information for the complaining party — address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Counter-notification

If material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action.
