1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information LoomiTV collects when you buy or use our IPTV subscription service, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legal jargon — if anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain.

2. Information we collect

Because purchases and support currently happen over WhatsApp rather than an automated store, most of what we know about you comes directly from you. We collect:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address, so we can activate your account and reach you.
• WhatsApp conversations — the messages you send us when purchasing a plan or requesting support, including any details you share to help us troubleshoot (for example, your device type).
• Order information — the plan you purchased (Solo, Duo, or Family), the subscription term, the amount paid, and the payment method reference confirming your payment.
• Client Area account details — if you create a login for our client dashboard, we store your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Basic technical information — standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you visit our website or dashboard, used for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Confirm your payment and activate your subscription.
• Send your account credentials and a setup guide for your device.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues when you contact us.
• Secure your Client Area account and let you sign in.
• Keep a record of your order in case you need help or a refund later.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not use your information for automated advertising profiling, and we do not sell it — see Section 6.

4. WhatsApp communications

Since purchases and support are handled through WhatsApp, those conversations pass through WhatsApp's own platform, which is operated by Meta. We keep a record of these conversations for order history and support quality, but we don't control how WhatsApp itself handles message delivery or storage — we'd recommend reviewing WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well.

5. Cookies & client area sessions

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a secure sign-in session cookie, and only when you log into the Client Area — it exists purely to keep you signed in and is not used for tracking or advertising. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.

6. How we share information

We never sell your personal information. We only share it in limited circumstances:

• With the infrastructure and hosting providers we rely on to run LoomiTV and store data securely.
• With WhatsApp/Meta, simply because that's the channel you're using to message us.
• If required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request from an authority.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to support your active subscription, respond to support requests, and satisfy reasonable accounting or legal record-keeping needs afterward. When it's no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and restricted staff access to customer data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take protecting your information seriously and act quickly if anything looks wrong.

9. Your rights & choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct information that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your information, once you no longer have an active subscription that needs it.

10. Children's privacy

LoomiTV is intended for adults purchasing a household streaming subscription. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our plans are not marketed to minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
